This company picks up garbage for one of our homes my husband put a trash bag in the grass can accidentally when he realized what he had done the garbage worker was out there my husband removed the bag and he refused to pick it up I called bertolotti and Maria picked up the phone by this time I was very irritated and raised my voice she hung up on me told her supervisor Rosie who called the city and spoke with Angela to tell her what had happened which is 100% unprofessional. I then called Mr Bert bertolotti himself nice guy very professional he said he was going to re train them I would give me bertolotti a five star but his workers a one.

Garbage pickup day for my area is on Tuesdays. The blue bin pickups are inconsistent and some times not picked up until Wednesdays or not at all.

The blue bin has not been picked up for weeks. I called today because it was scheduled to be picked up yesterday and was told their schedule that they sent out is wrong for recycle pickup. It is the opposite week. Yet they won't send out a new schedule with the correct dates. They won't pick up the recycling until next week even though it is their error. We have had this schedule since January. Poor customer service.

They will be one day behind on schedule so if ur pick is on Thursday it will be picked on Friday and if ur picked up on Friday it will be picked up on Saturday.
Yes they do. Im there multiple times a week. They are strict about where your waste goes depending on what it is.

Hello Christian, I am sorry we have not found a bag with those items. It is hard to find such bags in our Transfer yard. This is a public dump and have a lot of people coming and dumping trash. We then have tractors move the trash into big of piles. I am sorry, but if we do find your wallet I will make sure to contact you.
