Noah's has been around for around 50 years. It's popular and been a family favorite. Our personal favorite is the hot open faced sandwich. Usually corned beef but, turkey is good too. During Covid they switched to styrofoam containers with plastic forks. They are still using them for both eat in and take out. I don't really like that but the food is still great.

Noah's Hof Brau..... it's downtown on J next to the state theater. They do not ever disappoint. Been in Modesto many years and just found this place. Both Hof Brau and Chinese are 💯%.
