I am so surprised at all the good reviews, as I have had multiple poor experiences. Stupid me for going back. My wedding ring is an heirloom. When we took it to be resized, they gave it back to me with the stones in the channel loose, and rattling around. We took it back, and they wanted us to pay to have it fixed, after we had already paid for the resizing, and they didn't finish the job professionally. They ended up fixing it, but then gave it back to me (as the engagement ring) with the side the wedding ring attaches to, scraped and gouged. I didn't end up even saying anything because the wedding ring would soon be placed there, but how horrible for an heirloom to be treated. When we took it back for the wedding ring to be placed, they gave it back with the other side of the ring having a flat spot. Almost like it was set down on the table hot creating a flat area? I am not sure how that could have even happened. I am not even going to try and have that fixed by them, as their track record proves it won't be worth it. Don't take precious jewelry to this jewler. Edit response: The ring was taken in to the Sisk location, under my husband's name. As my entire experience has been rather poor, I am not exactly interested in working with Roger's Jewelers again. I certainly hope that my experience with them is a rarity.

My IHSS recipient tried to sell jewelry and was offered $250.00 for gold, a chain with the virgin Mary pendant and a wedding ring with diamonds and after evaluating the price according to the weight she was offered,she declined,the valuable diamonds were not included in the offer, the biggest diamond was cracked and the jeweler expert declined to discuss the price,I guess diamonds are not as desired or as valued in the market since is just a piece of coal with no use other than business and vanities. Very good and honest evaluation ,the staff was attentive, professional courteous. The store was impecable and well lit.
