we got a wheelchair for my mom who is visiting from out of town so we could take her to downtown New Orleans and show her Jackson square, and City Park. They were very friendly , quick, and I was able to return the wheelchair after hours at the subway restaurant next door.

We rented a rollerator for my mother while we were on a 7 day cruise. The service and product were fantastic. The rollerator was waiting for her in her cabin when we arrived on the ship, and we simply left it in the room when we debarked. The rollerator was exactly the support she needed while on the ship.

Hi Sue, If you rented a Standard Scooter, the charging port will be located on the inner side of the tiller below the handles. If you rented a Transportable Scooter, the charging port will be located under a rubber flap on the front of the battery. The other end of the charger can be plugged into a standard wall outlet.
