This is a wonderful place for brunch! I had to wait 15 minutes for a table and so glad I did, the menu looked so tempting I needed every minute to decide. I ended up getting the Crab cake Benedict with City Grits, wow was it good. The way my dish was prepared I can imagine that everything on the menu is great. This is a wonderful neighborhood place with great service, “I will be back”.

Completely agree, their system is trash. Of course as long as they have people waiting two hours they may have no motivation to change it. Soon enough, it will lose its status as a chic place and they'll wonder what happened.
Yes it has a ramp leading up to the entrance.
They do reservations. All of your guest need to be there at the same time and you must likely will not be seated together. We had a party of 15 and they seated us as close as they could.
