Completely agree, their system is trash. Of course as long as they have people waiting two hours they may have no motivation to change it. Soon enough, it will lose its status as a chic place and they'll wonder what happened.
I ate at "Another Broken Egg" the experience was crowded and run of the- mill for me. It seemed "catered to coterie", at best... Didnt live up to all the rave. Given a Choice again, i would opt for Camillia Grill-
Yeah unfortunately today is mother's day one of the craziest days for restaurants. So going out to eat on holidays like mothers day and easter, expect a lot of delay from a lot of different restaurants.
Never used the app but i have had to wait but never for the full time they estimated for
Lesson learned. Don't rely on an app. Call directly and talk to a real person.
I've been there three times before and never had to wait. Maybe because it wasn't Mother's Day or any other Holiday, also, my party get there around 8am and never had to wait.
Seems to me they are fine. All the tables were full & they had turnover. I do understand your frustration. They need to update their app.
