My disappointment was immediate because I had called for glass cutting and was told sure we do. Arrived and sign on glasset cutting machine said "broke". Spoke to Earl then Dennis. Neither were helpful but especially Earl. He had put the broke sign on a working machine so he wouldn't have to do that task. I got with manager "Bobbie". He was AWESOME. Great guy. He took care of cutting the glasset for me. Ardel at the customer service desk was also AWESOME. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

Lowes has the worst warranty protection plan I have ever seen. I have been without a washing machine for over 2 months now. It took a month for the repair man to come and look at my washing machine then order the parts. I then had to wait another month for him to come put in the parts for them to tell me the day of my second appointment that only 3 of the 4 parts came in and the 4th part is no longer made so they wouldnt be coming. I contacted lowes again who said they needed notes from the service people in order to give me a full refund and they would contact me in 2-3 business days. Well its day 3 and i just called them and no notes have been put in. The supervisor said he put it through to higher ups and i now have to wait 1-2 more business days to hear back from them to see if they can put the refund through without the notes from the service people and give me a refund. What is the point of even buying the extended warranty to have to wait over 2 months to get it fixed or replaced?
