Nice affordable place with the right environment for someone with special needs

Was a great place to live until a certain person became the director over the place. Now the lawn is rarely mowed. Takes forever to get anything fixed must I go on. Always theartens to evict you for the smallest of things. Well we got us another new Executive director maybe things will start to improve now. She seems like a nice enough person and seems to want to treat everyone the same. Time will tell.
