They always take care of the needs of my cats. Everyone is kind and I trust my cats will be in good hands if I have to leave them for whatever procedure. The phones are always busy but that's a small price to pay for good care of my pets.

I have been going to Walker Veterinary before it became a corporation. My 16 1/2 year old Doxie, Shakespeare fell on Thursday and landed on his right shoulder. I called to get him in and was told did not have an appointment till the following Monday! Shakespeare started to deteriorate to where he could not walk, drink, etc. and started crying. At 2:00 a.m. I took him to the Emergency Clinic at Hammer and West Lane. (They are wonderful!) I explained what happened and the doctor could not believe how long Walker Veterinary were going to take to get him in. Shakespeare became so sick, I had to make the decision to put him to sleep!!! I am devastated!!! I called Walker Veterinary to cancel the appointment this morning and told receptionist why and then asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Melanie and she gave the usual excuses of Covid-19, short on staff, other veterinary businesses closing down, we are so busy, etc. I became very upset because of the obvious AND she kept interrupting me. I said “you should take patients in order of importance, there are other options, solutions, etc. She said there was a dog opened up and on the operating table at the time when I called to make the appointment. Because of that I have to wait till Monday????? She kept interrupting me and I said strongly, “let me speak, I am not through yet”. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO A CORPORATE OWNED VETERINARY BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Not sure they speak Chinese or not however they seam to speak with the animals quite well!
Not sure if they do, but we use Lisa's on country club Blvd for grooming and nail cutting..less than vet's
