Just off of I40, so very convenient location. There is some road noise from the interstate. The room was nice, breakfast was very good. The thing that made this 5 stars was the service at breakfast. The three women there were very friendly and helpful. I watched one day as they were all down on hands and knees looking for keys for one guest, then the next made a balloon animal for the child of another family. They were amazing. I will definitely come back here.

I’ve stayed at this location several times and once again excellent service. This visit I was fortunate enough to be greeted by and checked in by Angelica. She provided excellent customer service starting with a greeting when I walked in the door, protected my account by confirming my credit card matched my ID, provided breakfast and checkout times, etc. This may be what’s expected but when it’s provided with a cheerful attitude and smile it tends to make my day after driving for the last 10 hours.

The hotel itself was awesome as far the bed, grounds, staff, and breakfast. My ONLY and BIGGEST COMPLAINT was that I had to call the front desk about kids on upper floor running hallway and constant stomping and bumping all day long. I left my room at 7 PM(still noisy and bumping noise) and returned late in the night(quiet). Breakfast was at 0615 AM, a Sunday morning, and at 0730 AM(noise and running and doors slamming from above) until I checked out at 11 AM. VERY DISSATISFIED IHG customer with the noise not being addressed again. Overall the hotel itself is very nice and I will visit it again if need to be in the area.

Awesome hotel!!! Bed feels so comfortable! We slept really well. Janice at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She accomidated us when we were really tired from traveling on the road. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Only thing was a housekeeper woke us up and walked in on us while we were sleeping. But never the less it was a great stay. I would stay again if I'm traveling out that way.
