Isabel at the front desk was wonderful. When we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The hotel was very clean and smelled absolutely wonderful when you walked through the door. Hotel grounds were very nice and well kept.Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows could use some work, complimentary breakfast was great and they had a nice selection to choose from. One of my favorite things is they have coffee ready all day and all night. Great location and a very peaceful hotel to stay at and can't wait to visit again.

Nice hotel in a great location, hands down the best beach in Florida for the family. Not a spring break location, and not packed ever. Hotel was clean and looks like it was just built within a few years. Didn't hear a sound from any neighbors in the building. A couple of cool bars and restaurants very close by.

Started with amazing customer service, had an amazing room as a contender to make it one of the best hotels I've stayed at! Rounded out by the great breakfast in the morning. Non-Stop amazingly satisfied with this hotel from check in to check out!

Very nice hotel and one of the nicest rooms we’ve had lately with the brand. Quiet and clean and safe with a short drive to free Juno Park Beach. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and great service. Just a little pricey but it’s Palm Beach.
