Positive: Nothing Negative: The rooms are very small. And cramped as soon as you walk in the door. Since I paid online could not get a refund. Worst motel I have stayed at. Price was way to high for the room.

Positive: Nothing. It was absolutely horrible and I should have been refunded. I checked in and literally checked lit within 4 minutes of being there. Sewer smell was so strong in the lobby, my eyes were burning. The mildew smell in the room was super strong. Negative: Everything about it was awful. I should have been refunded. I had no way of knowing the horrible condition of the hotel. I was literally there maybe 5 minutes total.

Hotel location was okay, room location was terrible. Room was approximately 15 ft from a very busy road. I had to let the hot water run for about 10-15 minutes before was was hot enough to shower. Only had half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Spider webs through out the room. Bed was uncomfortable.

I reserved a room on Feb 24 for March 2. I received an email confirmation and everything. On March 1, my husband and I were hiking in a nearby town and ran into someone who works in Mountain View, AR. She asked where we were staying and I told her the Days Inn downtown. She seemed very startled and asked when I reserved it. I told her the week before. She said there was a drug bust there a couple of weeks ago and they were shut down. She told me to try to find another hotel. My husband and I tried calling and couldn't get ahold of anyone, there was no outgoing message saying they were closed, no email that my reservations weren't valid, nothing. When we drove through town, sure enough, the hotel was completely dark and shut up. We did take her advice and got another hotel room prior to getting to town. My concern is for anyone who reserved rooms for the festivals coming up. They will be out of luck... Very very disappointed in both Days Inn and Wyndham for not caring about their customers enough to make sure the website is shut down. At the very least, they need to contact people who believe they have reservations and help find other accommodations. I will definitely never stay at one of their hotels again.
