Horrible! aides are under paid, they don't care what patient they give you. Some clients homes are nasty, rodent infested, some people are big and fat and you have to handle it all by yourself. I stop because it just don't make no sense signing up with them. Save your time and energy with working for this bogus company.

If you love your family please don't have them connected with this service there is a lady that works at the front desk that is very harrasive and nasty and calls Relentlessly back to back running all my numbers of my phone she is very unprofessional and it's sad how they have these types of people working in these office being nasty to sick patients shame on them

Very bad service given very unprofessional all home aids except one who is very fantastic her name is Cecilia caring compassionate the rest garbage Jane who is manager is very unprofessional and rude constant call outs of other AIDS leaving me to fend for myself in my moms care and loosing days of work hours on phone when calling and waiting to get someone on phone they don’t deserve to be caring for the elderly I keep them because of Cecilia when she goes I will find new agency I recommend not using this horrible agency there lucky I’m even giving one star they think there the only agency there are better agency out I will find one soon
