Maria and the entire team was fantastic! I can't say enough. 5 stars. I was wrongly pulled over for rolling thru a stop sign in the middle of a winter storm. I provided all of the information to the folks at My Tickets and they handled the rest. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with My Ticket NYC. I live in Massachusetts and got a ticket in NY 2 years ago. I never got around to paying the ticket because I lost it and couldn't remember what Town it was in or what the citation # was, eventually my license got suspended. Long story short I contacted My Ticket NYC and they took care of everything. Maria was an angel, she walked me through the whole process, it was whole to-do but I didn't have to lift a finger. 15 days means from the time you received the ticket. However, it may take a little longer sometimes due to the load on the DMV. You can call our office and we can check the exact amount of time left before a suspension will take affect.
