My daughter and I love this place. They have have a nice playground event hough the little Rock wall has some screws sticking out. We also love to play in 5he creek.

Not good. Ocassional small bass, some carp, but nothing worth going there to fish. Wrong branch of the creek for fishing. My opinion only. I've lived there for 15 years.
