Extra garbage put in a garbage can and they didn't empty it. Have always done so in the past. Lazy lazy lazy ..... tell me again why are we paying such high sanitation fees when then don't do their jobs.

The recycle truck did not pick up my 2 dull buns the week after Thanksgiving. Simple oversight. I called the Sanitation Department 4 times between Thursday and Friday. Snotty, hurried responses along wirh vague promises is sll I received. Obviously, the ladies don't understand that THEY are the customers and thst WM has to make it right when WM screw up

Small trees should be called in to the Highway Department. 686-3450. Sanitation takes "branches" up to 4' long, 3" thick, either tied up in 40 lbs bundles, or loose in an old garbage can, up to 40 lbs per can.

In Cheektowaga, a mattress and box spring are regular garbage on your regular day. In Sloan, you need to put them in plastic, though.
