Did a walkthrough.. & pleasantly impressed.. Nice size apartment.. New hardwood floors.. New paint job.. New ceiling fan installed for the living room.. 2 bedroom. It's a 2 unit upper that's a few blocks away from the ucrest apartment complex that's owned by ucrest.. for $900 a month I am quite pleased on what I saw. It's a simple very nice looking 2 bedroom apartment.. It fits me perfect. Thanks ucrest👍🏽. Can't wait to get my keys this weekend

I do not know why anybody would give this place a bad rating. Even though I did not move in yet. But I plan to when something comes up in maybe September hopefully. The guy in the office deserves a 5 star rating. This complex they show me in a quiet neighborhood, but was not able to move in yet. Hopefully they can get me something by September 18 or in the cardboard box I go. But seriously nice people and property.

i’ve applied to this apartment february 2021 for April move in. I called a week later in february to see if I was approved & the lady said I was, reconfirmed all my information and told me I was set on their list. March comes up, I call to see a possible date to see a listing because I was going out of town the last week of march till April 5th.. i’m BIG on communication, so I wanted to have some sort of agreement. The lady answered the phone RUDELY and told me it’s only march someone will talk to you in the middle of the march and then i’ll have my answer. excuse me? so instead of getting down to her level, I waited .. i’ve called multiple times after NO ANSWER, no voicemails being returned & it’s complete bs. it’s now April 6th and still nothing. I just want my deposit back.
