Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was always clean and fresh smelling. Was there 3 days for a reunion. If there was a downside, the window had streaks between the glass panels, but other than replacement, I don't think that minor issue could be resolved. Would highly recommend.

The rooms are nice and updated. It was a good place to stay and cost less than I thought it would. A regular king Room with tax out the door was a $104. The only issues I had were the shower head would not Pivot and the breakfast was not that great. It needed a little more variety. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Nice older hotel. The price was very good and it was the closest to rich Ellen park. The beds were small, but my son and I had a bed each, so it was fine. The breakfast could use some improvements, but at least it was included. The indoor pool looked nice and was really big, but it was temporarily closed when we were there.

I'll start off by saying that the staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. You'll notice when you walk in that there's an on site chiropractor. We found it's likely due to the beds. They're quite hard, so if you like that sort of thing, you'll be pretty comfortable. Not sure if it was our room only, but the shower went back and forth from a comfortable temperature to extremely hot. Since the shower head is unadjustable, it's kinda hard to dodge the stream when it gets too hot. I will say, though, the water pressure was nice- much better than other hotels we've stayed at. Also, the room didn't have a lot of outlets to charge devices. I wish I had brought a power strip with me. I may start doing that anyway. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear things quite clearly. I also agree with the other reviewers that the room was small. I do need to add that the price was pretty good considering all of this. It is likely that we'd stay here again if we visited the area.
