Very unsatisfied with the service from the employees (Coventry location) , no help at all. I missed an appt and was put on a cancellation list for over a YEAR, mind you my daughter needs a couple fillings for cavities. I’ve called numerous times to get her in and still insisting to place me on the cancellation list when there excepting new patients! advised my 8 year old has been complaining about her teeth for a few months now. ! Spoke with supervisor Bethany and she was also inconsiderate into helping my situation and had nothing to say but to keep me on the list. I do not recommend !

Went there 5 times and all times have not went well the employees do not listen to the people who are in charge or to the customers. In the end I would highly recommend going anywhere but here because in the end you are paying for these people to do what they are doing.

Elizabeth, the orthodontist who created the treatment plan should be able to tell you the pros and cons of his/her recommended treatment and ultimately, what could happen if the treatment isn't followed. More specific recommendations could be given if the patient is seen, possibly with necessary radiographs.

When will I start to see progress in my teeth

Each patient is different as is the treatment plan. I've got one daughter in braces and another on a space maintainer. For the braces, you're looking at 2 years minimum based on my own adventure. You will not see immediate changes, but trust me..do as the orthodontist says and the results will be worth it.
