Don't live here if you're under 80 or have kids, the current residents of the HOA will do everything in their power to NOT help in any kind of situation. Elderly residents are entitled, nasty, and vicious, and the management stays as hands off as possible on pressing issues. Lot rent went up to $510 this year, and there is absolutely nothing to show from it, the trash room is always disgusting and smelly, the streets are not plowed in a timely manner, and blatant HOA violations go unpunished.

It's like a prison in here. Paying over 5 grand a year for lot rent and then they threaten litigation because of some leaves. I don't pay money to get threats.

No. That's not allowed here. And btw the HOA fees here are astronomical

Normal pets. No more than 2 dogs or cats. Absolute leash rule. No tying in yard. No pit bulls.
It was getting old. The management is currently looking at other possible options.
