Nice lake but too many random rules, like no goggles, no ripped jeans, no life jackets, no tubes and so many others. Drove 1hr 30 mins for someone to babysit us. If you go make sure to wear water shoes very rocky.

Family friendly nice park to cool off and enjoy a weekend except that it charges during summer season for about $10/person for Danbury residents, $15 for nearby city residents (like Bethel or Brookfield) and outside state residents $35/person, (ID’s will be necessary!!) Off season it’s free when open, summer it gets more packed than I’d imagined.

Watch out for the parking lot troll who has nothing better to do on her Saturday afternoon than stand in a empty parking lot and yell at people who clearly don't care about the no parking sign
