3 stars given because I asked to speak to a manager about the bales of straw. I needed to know if they had been sprayed with a herbicide, since I use them on an organic garden.. The girls at the check out said they would call her, she was in the back. I said great thanks!! Waited, waited, they looked embarrassed and called her again. Waited waited, no show. They offered to call her again a third time. I said no thank you. Customer service in management definitely lacking. Everyone else was very nice and helpful.
