Nice area, staff seems nice. Parking is horrible. Even though there are rules regarding parking it seems like nothing is done by administration to do anything about it. (Cars sitting on flat tires that haven't moved in 2-3 months, one that is taking up a handicap spot) this was brought to the attention of the staff and nothing has been done. Also if you live in ground floor unit, dont expect to get any sleep. Get woken multiple times almost every night. Until staff actually does something about these issues my review will remain the same, as well as my opinion when others ask me about ReNew Danbury.

I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE else!! All the staff is concerned about is rent!! There have been noisy neighbors upstairs for almost a year the kids bang things on floors all day long and since my newborn has been home has not been able to get a good nap in because of it… My4 year old cries everytime the noise is constant and my 1 year old just screams because she’s scared.. My family and I have no peace in this home and it’s terrible!! everyone who comes to visit never wants to come back again because they can’t enjoy themselves with all the banging and stomping all day long..

My wife and I have been here for over a year. The location is great, now that being said, the parking is horrible. Good luck finding parking after 8:00 pm, we’ve had roaches since the day we moved in. We literally walked in and they were just hanging in the kitchen. The apartment was supposed to come with a washer and dryer, we are one of 10 units that has this none working system of a universal washer/dryer. Ever since we moved we’ve had to do our laundry off site even thought we are paying to have a washer and dryer. We signed a new lease with the promise that we were going to get built a closet for a new set of washer and dryer but turns out that’s not happening anymore. The only good thing about this place is Mia, she always tries her best to help everyone out. Ryan from maintenance is also a great guy. But if you have the choice, don’t move here. Find a place that actually provides what they offer you on your lease. Walk around the community and ask the people that live here and I can guarantee you %90 will have more negative things to say than good.

My husband and I have been renting here for just a little over a month now and we’ve had such a pleasant experience here so far. The staff in the office are very attentive and great ! Maintenance staff are amazing as well. If there’s ever a cause for concern, Mia in the office is always there to assist along with others. Ryan and the crew are such hard working people!
