Salesman at Sayville location was a bit rude and disrespectful. We came in looking for a pump and were directed to wait for a sales person. The cashier told the salesman that we were waiting for him. After we waited over 20 minutes when he became available he went straight to the white couple that just walked in. Even saying hello and I'll be with you in a minute. Left frustrated and sad that I was treated this way. My time and money is just as valuable! Just to be clear as per your response, I did not curse at the young gentleman in the front. He was nice and polite. The store was not busy at all at the time. I was the only person waiting for a salesman. The young gentlemen had already told them I was waiting. Store had nobody else in it. Two salesman each taking care of a client. I waited nicely and patiently. Salesman decided not to even acknowledge my existence even on my way out when I walked pass and told him "have a nice day". The kid in the front apologized. I had no issues with him at all. I ended up going to the other Brothers which was way busier and they still acknowledge me more. I waited there too. Their team in general was way more attentive and polite to their clients. As an owner you should read all your reviews and realize I am not the first to complain about rudeness and disrespect of your sales team.
