The counselors show favoritism to certain ethnic groups. In 10 years I’ve never seen an African American Couenlsor downtown. The counselors constantly change without notice. During the holidays they help their favorites. I now receive counseling elsewhere . There is to much discriminating there.

They don't take clothes anymore. But there's a place on spring street called Jericho they give things to people who have no money. They will take it.
