Nice people. Campground nice except bathrooms and showers unkept and dirty. Toilet paper rolls all over. Grass and dirt on floors in evening and morning so obviously not being cleaned like it needs to be. More lighting by campsites and bathroom at night would be nice. Lighted fountain nice with changing colors is nice and cabins looked nice. Just improve bathroom, showers and cleaning processes.

We stayed a few nights here at an electric/water site but had to share both electric and water with the site next to us. There was no splitter on the water connection but in all fairness, the lady at the front desk did say she had one if needed, but we just opted to fill our tank instead. The campground is definitely right off the interstate and rest area. The bathrooms and showers were so gross and dirty. They had no toilet paper and had not been cleaned……. We just used our camper instead for showers. We came the day after a holiday weekend and the bathrooms looked like someone had partied alllll weekend in them. There was a basketball court, a fishing pond and lots of cute cabins on the campground. We also were backed up to a creek which was nice. Nice short distance to great hiking trails and Miguel’s Pizza!

Stayed in the Star Gaizer cabin during 4th of July 2022. The cabin and the grounds are very nice. I'd stay there again. I do have two complaints though. During the times when the campground is busy (every evening) the internet fails. The cell signal is about nonexistent so it makes watching any TV that's not a DVD impossible. My second complaint is that people were fishing right outside our windows making it impossible to have quiet time or privacy during the day. The kids in particular would yell and scream.

We had a great time. I love the mountains all around the camp ground. I loved that there are close hiking trails and things for our kids to do. There are shower and bathrooms available.
