Beware before you sign the purchase order (pink slip) which has a line for $398 protection package that saying it is negotiable (for key replacement and something else). They would not tell you when calculating the total due at signing, make sure you look into every single line item for any hidden fees, only paying something you need. Per Steve's explanation below, reminding future customer should not sign the pink sheet too early, bring it home and review it first. This simply step could help you to save some money in the future. Good luck all and just pay whatever you NEED.
