Decent hotel a little on the pricy side. The original room we rented was pretty dated and the air conditioning didn't work. I called the front desk and since there was no maintenance on staff, the only other rooms available were suites do they upgraded us for no additional fee. Now the suite was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was very nice. The lobby was very impressive as well, nice outside seating area

Absolute dump. Toilet wouldn’t drain and told me they could only have the maintenance guy come at 830 pm. When I said I was leaving and not paying, they said I still needed to pay since i had used the room. Will never be back and used to come multiple times a year for work. Will let all colleagues know it’s gross as well

This is the hotel chain with the 4 little uncomfortable mini pillows on the king bed. They are like throw pillows. It's hard to get comfortable with these things. I can't figure out why they don't have normal pillows like the rest of the world. The hotel was ok, the lobby and personal were nice. the room was spacious and clean. But it's noisy and a lot of wild people in groups there partying it up in the late late hours of the night. Slamming doors going in between the rooms and then they moved the party to the room next to us. A party on our floor with several rooms involved started at 3:15 am and went for a couple of hours. Even though they weren't crazy and just loud it kept us up all night. Its a hotel in a small area where lots of people come through for winter activities and summer activities. Seems like a normal low budget hotel but seemed overpriced especially after all the fees added on top. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and it seems on par as far as the area.

I wouldn't stay here again. 184 base rate is way overpriced for amenities. Selecting a pet room should NOT mean that you have to sleep in a stinky room and shower with dog fur. We may not find a better hotel in the area but we will pay considerably less!
