Water has been brown all day without any notice. This is the second time within a few WEEKS that I'm aware of. There very well could've been more instances, but I've been away. Besides the water being brown on occasion, it tastes horrible any other day even when it's clear. This is entirely unacceptable. People need proper water for just about everything. No one picks up when you call, and the pre-recorded message claims that crews are out trying to fix the issue, however there are NO workmen to be found anywhere around Bronxville or on the outskirts!

Negative stars if I could. Suez is a total disaster. We had an emergency and none of the emergency numbers go to the right place. None of the people who answer the phone know any of their own emergency phone numbers. Totally unacceptable.

Dirty brown water with no warning.

Absolutely the worst company! They have a monopoly over water in my area. Have an outage - they give zero information . Say someone is going to call us and someone will come. No one calls and nobody comes! So incredibly awful. Picture not having water for your family .. with ZERO notice,.. and nobody knows what’s going on. Shameful
