Rude staff. Poor service. Over cooked food. Long wait times. Food hardly ever fresh. Often messes up orders. Manager too easy going with staff members being rude to customers. Very ghetto Would not recommend.

Edit: It's been five days and multiple phone calls and nothing is resolved. I'm still waiting for a district manager to call me and resolve the issue. 😡 We placed an online order for the Page Ave location. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. After contacting customer service, we were told they could refund our money in 3 business days. Definitely won't be back.

Hands down absolutely the worst experience!!! Waited in line for well over 30 mins. Got home & ate my dinner, ate into a chicken sandwich that was RAW! Extremely RAW! Called their corporate office to make a report. Working on 3 weeks and have YET to hear back from anyone!!

Definitely stepped up their game since I've been there last.. my food was fresh and delicious. My pictures don't look too appetizing but it was trust me.

They have never got our order right and they always "forget" half our order
The employee has personal problems at home and bring them to work. It needs to be reported to management. Hope this helped.

Cleanliness does seem to be an issue at this location, while I've never seen bugs there personally, it would not surprise me.
