I didn't find the person working at the front desk to be very helpful. Also, I sent them an email over a week ago and have not received a reply. UPDATE: It didn't take long to respond to a two star review however. :/ I'll add one star since I understand how everyone is having a difficult time getting good help. I don't want the newly hired person getting in trouble. Maybe they just need a little time and additional training.
