This rental store is a gem that deserves to be preserved for as long as possible. Two, older, genuinely helpful guys run this place. Upon entering, the atmosphere is: “this place has been here for a while, and it deserves to be.” Sure, they only swipe your card, they print large pieces of paper invoices for your receipt snd rental, but this harbinger of mom and pop American business is a beautiful place to spend your dollars. As a millennial, I consciously chose to put my buying power here instead of a big box store like Home Depot, not only because Hope Mills Rental beats their prices to death and does NOT charge a pricey deposit, but I want this place to continue to stay in business longer than I’m alive.
