Okay the food was good but the staff is a different story lol. It was "WHAT YOU WANT?", Taking my card with no sort of regular customer service and "GOT YOUR FOOD" followed by them slamming the window. Not even a greeting or anything lol In a way it was funny

They did a great job, late, right before the close. That's saying a lot in this area of town. Our burgers and fries were hot fresh and tasty. Well done! We'll be back for sure.

Man oh man. Haven't had rally's since we live in California. We were here on a family vacation for spring break. You finally arrived in St Louis and decided to eat at rally's. My spouse and I were telling our kids how good the fries were. When we got up to the counter to pay the individuals that worked at this location had attitudes. My husband asked for his drink to be replaced because they gave him a Diet Pepsi instead of a regular Pepsi. The cashier gave him such a dirty look that I whisper to him nevermind don't get it. I don't know what it was maybe everyone was having a bad day. But that just ruined it for us. When we got back to our hotel noticed some of our food was missing. We decided it wasn't worth going back there to start any problems. So we just wind up sharing food. Not only where my daughters chicken strips cold it was all so disgusting. Beware this location

Ordered the cheese champ with seasoned fries. Very tasty. There are three burger places in the same area (Steak and Shake, Jack in the box and Rally's). Glad I chose this place. The manager was very attentive as I was a walkup order. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the air. Received a full meal for under $10. Nice selection of desserts too.
