I wish I could give more than five stars because we had such a positive experience storing at Life Storage on Fyler. We moved from out of state and had to store our stuff for a month before we could move into our house. Kristen, the manager was so helpful to us. We had many questions and she always went out of her way to help us out. She made us feel like family right away, always going the extra mile. If we ever need to store items again, we will definitely be coming back to this Life Storage. I would highly recommend this location! Great service, great facility, and top notch staff.

I have had a storage unit there now for 1 year, and now have my motorhome stored there. The facility is very clean, and well kept. I feel safe to have my belongings stored there. Kristen gruendler is the manager that helps us with both storage units . She is AWESOME!!!! Very helpful and always very friendly. We truly appreciate this level of customer service. This place is awesome. Very professional with how they do business but at the same time very much go out of their way to help. I dealt with kristen was the person i dealt with the most and she is such an amazing soul. Definitely does not get enough credit. Thanks kristen! Keep your head up!

This Life Storage specifically has set the bar as far as what one should expect from a storage facility, or any industry serving customers regularly. I have had many storage units in my life, but I have never been this satisfied on all levels. Price. Cleanliness. Safety. Etc. The manager Kristen has been awesome. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is great at easing your mind. I’ve only met assistant Conner one time. He was just as helpful and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!!!!!
