I just want to give a positive shout out to Megan and Christina. I'm on the younger side of the trucking industry but have heard and seen so many horror stories on social media and forums like reddit. At this pilot, I felt personally taken care of as my needs and concerns were met when addressing the pilot staff of dropping my trailer for the week. I conveyed my concern of other staff members maybe calling a tow company to move my trailer but was later assured my trailer would be fine where it is as long as I paid reserved parking. So paid for parking for the next week and was happy to see it untampered when picking it up. Things like taking the extra time to hear out the customers concerns and even criticisms while navigating a good solution makes me feel fine when spending over 1k in fuel. I'm more opted to binge a little at your store and that's exactly what I did. Thank you! Also very clean inside and out!

Came in at 1am.. Shower was very clean and the water was very hot, good water pressure. Good place to shower. The denny's was open as advertised (Sometimes they say 24hrs on google but then closed when you arrive late). Server was great. No complaints

I stay here 3 times a week. Even when they were short staffed in dennys the wait was minimal. Love the store.
