This car wash gets worse every time it changes names.paid $35 my truck was fairly clean before the wash. Wash did next to nothing except make it wet. Only my passenger wheel got any tire shine and that was only in a small spot. They stopped putting out tire shine that you could use to touch up what the wash missed. I’m rims were filthy. They had no towels for detailing, one bottle of window cleaner that was broken, and no air freshener. The vacuum was the only thing that worked properly.

Incorrectly charged my card a higher amount and nobody from support follows up when you reach out. I have no way of canceling my membership. Not ideal.

If you thought customer service was dead, I am here to tell you that Mr. Jermaine holds the key to an exceptional customer experience. In the mist of 2022 starting what was Hometown Car Wash was no more. Without any notice for its clients another company took over, which is now Take 5 Car Wash. With the change in ownership the locations were not open and I was still being charged for the monthly membership. I would consistently go as I love a clean car and I was told that there was mechanical issues. So when I was able to finally speak with someone that could offer me help with this situation it was Jermaine. I informed him that I wanted to cancel the membership for the two vehicles we had, which of one was my son's car. They were able to cancel my son's membership without issue. However when it came to my membership it was not so simple. Sadly my card was continuing to be charged everyday for the membership even though it was suppose to be canceled. Here is where excellent customer service comes in, Jermaine reached out to me every day as he was also informed that the cancellation was complete. This issue went all for almost 2 weeks of them trying to take the money every morning. As we know this past weekend was Easter weekend and Jermaine did not stop until the issue was truthfully handled. His persistence and desire to make me a satisfied customer was admirable and recognized. Jermaine is an asset to the Take 5 company. 5 stars to Jermaine, I will always be grateful for his kindness for this matter. Lewis & Lorene
