What time are you talking about
Yes, it is an outdoor pool. Free for toddlers and babies under 2, kids 2-17 and seniors are $4 and adults are $6. Lap swim is $6 per day or $30 per month. They occasionally have a family swim for $4 per person or special free days. Aqua aerobics are $6 per day or $50 per month. They have punch cards for every 8 swims you get 2 free. Summer passes are $200 for family, $100 for adults and $60 for children. Pool rental is $150 (30 swimmers) base cost and $25 for a life guard. Swim lessons are $60 for a total of 6 days.
Yes goggles are fine but they don't like snorkelers because they can't pay attention to others around them while their heads are down and the lifeguard can't really tell if you're just fine or drowned face down.
Adults $6. Seniors and kids $4. They have a web site http://www.cityofsusanville.net/community-pool/
