Im getting poor care here recovered from covid with no vac mom in law got all vacc and has covid makes no sense.

Been going here since I was a kid. Some of the staff still recognizes me from back then, and knows my family. Very friendly atmosphere and caring staff. I really appreciate the attention I get here, especially considering how difficult it is to get that one-on-one care from busy clinics when you only have ACA. I say the only critique I can give is they tend to close a lot at inconvenient times, especially when you're a chronic patient that needs prescriptions. I find I have the worst luck and every time I need assistance from the clinic, they're closed for special holidays. I don't hold that against them. I appreciate a business that thinks of their staff on holidays. That's why I wont deduct stars it, but it's something to keep in mind.

I've been going to the Rancheria for about 7 yrs now and I'm so Thankful I've found a Dr. I am happy with since moving to Redding 20yrs ago! My physician is Dr. Bennie and have seen Dr. Davis a couple of times as a patient and have been happy with both. They don't rush. Take the time to listen. They will work with you to find out the best options for your health. I go to the dental dept for my dental needs and so far they have dealt with all my issues with no problems.

As a tribal member I would expect better customer service. The actual working staff, doctors and nurses, are wonderfully trained and work efficiently if not always effectively. I too have had difficulty with appointments. 1 minute late and you're rescheduled ; even though I am expected to wait for 20 minutes in the lobby and another 20 in the back room. So I only sit for 19 minutes in the lobby instead of 20. They have no problem wasting my time. Though the one shining star is Virgil. He is a blessing and always leaves you with a smile. He's why I give 2 stars. Don't even get me started on dental. Almost bled to death when they pulled a tooth.
