$7 per car, or $90 for an annual pass. Free during the winter. The per-car fee is charged daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and on weekends in April, May, and September.
Yes, but they aren't allowed in the public swimming areas. In the past, I've taken my dogs to the sandy area just outside the designated swimming area, between the floating boundary and the boat ramp to the right of the beach.
