Horrible place, no compassion or care. Willing to let my diabetic cat go without her insulin. If you care about your pet, stay far away from Banfield!

Took my puppy for her first ever visit. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of her and answered all of my questions concerning her health and well-being. I would recommend them to anyone with pets.

If I could give 0 I would. I knew my cat was sick and I took him in multiple times but was told there was nothing wrong every time. I felt very unheard and the fact that I was not allowed to speak with a vet face to face really upset me. This weekend my cat passed away from a ruptured tumor on his heart. I begged them to find what was wrong and they continued to ignore me. This was absolutely fixable if caught early enough. I will nt be returning with any other pets.

Great staff, great service. The wellness plans are well worth the money

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
Yes ,we have the premium deducted from our account monthly (I believe that's the Mrs.s area of finance) but every nickel .dime or penny is worth it!!!
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Jesse - Your hospital's website on banfield.com will have accurate times for opening. We do recommend calling the hospital to arrange your drop off time with our teams.
