Update 6/14/22 Why do I always get told to go to MyChart and then I can't do what I need in MyChart? And why do you even have MyChart if you won't provide updates on actions you supposedly can make in MyChart? It's almost as if Reliant purposely makes healthcare difficult for their patients. I will be searching for a better Healthcare group as this one has been going downhill for a while and I make a point not to see my doctor unless MinuteClinic can't get me in or can't help me. That's how bad this place is getting. Changing to one star due to the continued incompetence and difficulties. Not sure what happened, but the customer/patient service started declining a few years back and is now worse than ever. I know they were bought out by Optum (Reliant was going bankrupt) and that took forever to start a transition, so maybe the limbo is what did it.

Doctor Tadiri and staff are wonderful. They call for appointment reminders and check-ins. They are on top of their game, putting children first and red tape last. Definitely recommend.
