Charles, Please give us a call at 704-545-0369 Don't tweak the arm. We'll get you taken care of.
We did indeed use a 64-68 log type exhaust manifold on the 302 Ford in our prototype car. It can be installed with the engine in place. We did the install u sing a Butch's Rod Shop engine mount kit, and I do not know exactly where and how you mounted your engine, but as there was pretty good clearance for the exhaust I believe you should be OK. If you can respond with an email address or call us, we will be happy to send a copy of the instructions
Aaron, Sorry, but we do not offer a full frame your 55 Buick. We do offer a front frame stub though. This replaces the front frame section at a predetermined point forward of the front firewall. A frame stub will give you 3/4 of the benefit of a new frame at 1/3 the cost. Frame stubs are all model specific. If you have any other questions just give us a call at 704-545-0369
Gary, Sorry but we do not make a spacer for the steering arms or rack that would correct that much of a misalignment. We have our exclusive G-Tech outer tie rod ends that do have an extended shaft to move the pivot point down farther but they are nowhere near as long as what you would need.
No we do note
Fred, If the original frame rails have been cut (which they probably have) to fit the GM front end onto the Nash, we can build a frame stub to fit your car. It would be set up with our independent front suspension. The Nash will require you to take some measurements off of what is there for some of the critical mounting locations (core support, bumper mounts and axle centerline). Please give us a call so we can walk you through the process.
Nick, Right now it's taking a little over a week to modify and ship out your steering arms once we receive them. They are heated and bent in a fixture and then air cooled. We are starting development on building new drop steering arms for each of these applications as we receive in original sets.
Margarito, Sorry but we do not build roll cages.
Lisa, The spindles will work on either side, but the calipers will typically mount to the rear, this will allow for more room up front for the sway bar.
Rickey, We can should have some pictures that may help along with a fresh set of instructions. We may also be able to help you over the phone. Give us a call at your earliest convenience at either 704-545-0369 or 704-545-0724
we do not build a new frame for that year truck at this time. If you are local to the Charlotte area we could consider it, using yours for a pattern.
Harold, since we don't do online orders there is no need for you to keep a part #. Just give us a call and we can take care of that
No need to change anything....we are setting it up that way to be sure of getting enough positive caster and you will still be OK Thanks for the business!
Robert, The Mustang II manual racks were used from 1974-78
Don, While we don't make a conversion box, Borgeson in SC does make a power box for your application.
Because we work 4 10 hour days why do you work on friday
