My mother was at the facility for approximately 2 weeks. I knew they had a 1.7 review prior to selecting the location for her as well. I sincerely feel the lower rating they may have received from others was due to the shortage of staff which was apparent in most of the rehabilitation care centers throughout the city and surrounding areas. In spite of it all I feel confident in saying they took great care of my mother and would highly recommend them to others looking for a creditable Nursing and Rehab facility in the Minthill and surrounding areas.

Management understaffs. They don’t care about the residents or the staff. They lie about sign on bonuses. You will never see your money, and if you do, it will be small payments over two years that is are up in taxes. One nurse on the weekend. Not enough help. If you are promoted, they don’t support you. Expect you to be the RN on the weekend and do your job Monday through Friday. DON/ADON very unprofessional. They are a click, and act like they are in junior high. ADON plays games with not communicating information. VERY POORLY MANAGED. Needs new management.
