We went in early March so there wasn't much going on but it was gorgeous. I'm excited to go back when all the wildlife is there.

The paved trail is very short. I went around 3 times, just to feel like I got a good walk. Next time I will park near the entrance and walk in from there. There covered picnic tables throughout, bathrooms and waste cans. Each waste can around the trail has dog poop bags. Dog poo appears to be an issue from what I saw, so try to pick up your pets waste to help out the preserve staff. There is a nice lookout area at the back side of the trail overlooking a creek. The interpretive signage is very simple. The wetlands are very pretty even in January.

Fantastic place. Great for kids and lovely scenery. Well kept place and not far from any town.

Nature trail is about a mile long. Picnic tables at the parking lot and two along the trail. Bathrooms available, but no running water.

I am 99% sure that fishing isnt aloud at the preserve. It is a beautiful place and would be a great bass and bluegill spot but last time I was there I think there is no fishing signs
