Was trying to make a flight today. All tables were dirty, so we just picked the least dirty. Was asked for drink orders after 10 minutes and received them 15 minutes later. Took my cup to the register so I could get a refill and ask for others. Still never received. Finally found another waitress to help. Food came out after an hour. One table came 20 minutes after us, was served and left before we got our food. Food was decent and hot. I asked for the receipt when I received the food knowing this would be at least another agonizing 20 minutes and we were already late. No receipt brought. Went to pay and our pretend waitress had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. Tongue still bleeding as I bit down to not be a Karen. I've been in hospitality for 30 years so I get it. BUT at least acknowledge you are not a good server and are trying instead of asking for a tip. Go there for the food and cross fingers you get good service. No manager to find to let them know of the situation.

Was going in with group of 6 at 7:50 when close at 8. We asked nicely if we could be served and seated. Manger said that only could do carryout no I side dining. There also had been a table of the 3 just got their order taken. Will choose diffrent restaurant when in area.

The restaurant is connected to a Pilot truck stop. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was good and there seemed to be adequate wait staff; we both got the two egg and meat platters. The food took about 25 minutes to arrive and was a little cold. It would be good if the place had a warming light to keep the food warm. All in all I would rank it a step below their main fry cook competitor Waffle House.

Horrible! Visiting my grandparents, while driving they stopped for us all to have breakfast treat. First expirience at a Huddle House but they are loyal customers to the brand. Wait for food was Over and Hour! The food was in puddles of oil and we did not get the crispy bacon we ordered on the side. We had to go up and ask Ourselves for silvand then coffee refills and menus. As the server never returned. No one was cleaning, many tables with old messes and 5 ppl in the cook space shoving food in their mouths. We saw 2 tables fed-up and Walk Out and only stayed because we had someone who needed food for his medicine. They didn't apologize or compensate and yet they were still left a tip. We will never return that location and the reviews we see seem to math our bad experience.

We have not had a problem with cooks. They have more problems keeping serves.
I don't know, but I agree the service is awful and the food isn't as good as it was.
