My friend has been calling this place constantly for a few days to try and get information about a suspended license hearing. They haven't answered the phone. I do not recommend this place to anyone
Catarina Hampton
The wait time wasn’t ideal but understandable as there was only like 2 employees…they never pick up the phone and I understand that it may be stressful dealing with many people but it would be greatly appreciated for a more friendly service.

$10 , I do believe
Sorry I haven't a clue.
Birth certificate and social security card and marriage certificate if that applies to you....and I think it's like 10.00
Yes
It's best to just go in person and wait by the door for someone to open it. I took my son there recently to get his first state ID and I rattled the door to let someone know we were outside. When we got inside I asked for an appointment and was told I didn't have to have one, they did his ID the same day.
^^^ True, also you may have to wait for a while. One walk-in claimed to had waited up to 2 hrs but she was seen
No appointment required. You will have to wait outside until they let you in. They will ask you covid screening questions and require a mask. 👍🏻
I went yesterday with an appointment. They took appointments in first and then checked in the walk ins.
They not gonna answer so your best bet is to go up there or schedule an appointment online
Yes an app. is needed to go inside
SKIPTHELINE.NCDOT.GOV is the site to make an appointment.
Only if you have an appointment i do believe
Yes or do it online
It's either 25 to 30 dollars
You have to go online to NCDOT and go to either license, permit, vehicle, etc and pull up the county and pick a date to arrive and time. The dates aren't going to be soon and you have to check if someone cancels their appointment.
Yes u will need to make an appointment. U can do so by going on the wed site
he should be able to just renew his permit. if he's upgrading to a license, he needs to take the road test but they're temporarily waived. might be a good idea to call. he won't be seen either way, without an appointment.
I'm pretty sure they're appointment only.
You have more information than most people even knew was available so my guess is you can probably get the answer to your question before anyone gives a correct answer. Have an awesome Friday and a Fantastic weekend.
You have to go online and this time of year probably won't get in till 2021
yes you need to call the 1-800 number to make an appointment then they check you as normal and then they tell you what to do from there
It is not business as usual there. You have to make an appt online before going. Also that have suspended the drivers test for the moment. You are supposed to step inside the doorway and speak to whomever is guarding the door before being allowed to get a seat. Make sure to have a confirmation number just in case. However if you make an appt, you will be expected because they will have your name on a list. Also, only ones with business are allowed inside.
I think Ohio I'd will work..about 15 dollars..
If his ID is still valid you can order a replacement online.
Call them if you can get them on the line which takes forever but your going to have to pay a reinstatement fee you can see if you have any points on them online if not it won't cost much
No you can't and you have to go to Shelby because Lincolnton is not open
No
You can order one onilne if you would like.
Yes
Why don't you give them a call to find out
I dont think you can do it on line because you have to get a Real ID now
I know when I had the same thing I had to go and pay the tickets off in the town that you got them in and then go to your DMV and pay reinstatement fee and then then you can get your license back you can check it online to to see if you can pay it online
Would say call them but they won’t ever answer the god damn phone
For the learner's permit most likely not when he goes back and takes his driving test in a car 100% yes
No
