Reasonable prices, bomb customer service, WAYYYY BETTER THAN ENTERPRISE… at this point enterprise needs to be closed down…. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST

I spoke with a woman on Friday about reserving a car for Monday morning. She told me to be there at 9am which is when they open and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the car to be cleaned. Me and my father come to their location only to find that nobody was there. We called and received no answer. After waiting 30 minutes and being late for work we decided to leave. I understand this is a family owned business so they don't have any corporate figures to answer to about how to conduct and deliver service, however it's totally bad business practice to ignore your customers in their time of need. I will be going with a reputable company next time to ensure this waste of time doesn't happen again.

I love supporting local businesses in my hometown. I noticed Family Car Rental on my way home one day, and told myself to call to compare their prices with enterprise. This place is so much better with their prices and cars! Very friendly customer service in person and by phone. I've rented a few times with enterprise and it becomes too intense because of how they treat and pressure you inside the store. This place, is very cozy, laid back, and they treat you like a customer without pressure. The entire process is simple and easy. I will be doing business with them again in the near future, and will encourage others too. The only suggestion I have is to reconsider changing the sign colors to something more brighter so people know you're there. I would've done business with you months ago if I would've seen a more brighter color sign advertising your business. You guys ROCK! Once again, thank you again for all of your help and friendly customer service.
