Excellent service at pickup. A team of young guys loaded the car with our 4 tables and 32 chairs. They were all so polite and hard workers. I sent them all a tip through Venmo as they certainly deserved it. Drop off was another story...Perhaps it was a random moment, but only one person was there and he seemed lost and had no help. I can't blame him though as everyone was dropping off and it was just him. Needless to say I had to help and got all sweaty in my business clothes. Overall though this place rocked and I would highly recommend them. I gave 4 stars as the drop off was less than pleasing.

I did not enjoy my experience with PPR. I set an appointment to look at rentals for my wedding (plates, silverware, table runners, napkins, water glasses). When I arrived I was informed that their computers were down and they were not able to see pricing or stock counts for the items I picked out. It would have been ideal if they had called me that morning to let me know that their system was down. Regardless, I worked with one of the staff members in the showroom to pick out what items I wanted. They couldn't give me a quote that day since the computers were down. The next week I received a call and was informed that they do not have enough chairs, linens, or flatware for my date. I was told to go look at their online category and choose something else (no apology or offer to assist with helping me find something that IS in stock). They said they could order new linens/napkins for me, but that would be an extra charge. This was a very frustrating experience as I thought I had everything sorted out during my appointment but was then told that half of what I wanted wasn't available. Furthermore, even with half my items missing the quote was still incredibly high. I have since worked with two other rental companies in Greenville that have been much easier to work with and the prices are MUCH cheaper for very similar items.

PPR was wonderful to work with for the rentals for our wedding! From a stage to pipe and drape, and everything in between, they were great and always so responsive. Will definitely use them again for rentals in the future!
