0 stars because UPS is actually the worst when it comes to ever getting your deliveries. I live on a main road in a small town and have had a very important expensive delivery get mailed 2 x and they still can not figure it out. Not to mention the customer service is also horrible and you can't ever even get through to a real person. Highly do NOT recommend shipping with UPS.

Horrible customer service. Ordered lizards and package was set to be delivered overnight. Arrived 3 days late and most of the animals had perished. When I called all they say is its not their fault its ups policy. Online is even worse. Redirect after redirect. Do not trust these morons with anything. Ups as a whole does not care and should no longer be used for any shipping services.

I work there and am amazed the hours on line say 8am when our custimer center doesnt open till 230pm. Clearly they are not doing something right. Our local staples store takes all ups packages and makes lables and will help till our center opens at 230pm. Not sure how to fix this. I will mention to my boss.
Hello, thank you for contacting us. In this case, if your package was held for pickup in the facility you will be able to pick it up. Please note that a government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pick up. For security reasons, the address or name on the ID must match the address or name on the package. It's a service where UPS delivers packages to the post office and then the mailman delivers to your house/mailbox

Please do not bring your charter/spectrum items to The Dalles, it needs to go to Hood River UPS store. They have the contract with spectrum, The Dalles UPS is just a warehouse, we dont have boxes or shipping items. Its mostly a drop off center for already boxed ready to go items. Spectrum needs to let their customers know to go to Hood River UPS

They should leave you a "we missed you sticker". call them or drive up there if you are in the Dalles they should be open until 2h later and for sure you will have more help there..
Ice packs with stryo . is usually a good keep. Thats how all meds are shipped.
UPS will pick up packages. Either call the center and schedule a pickup or I believe you can do that over their website.
No they do not offer that service
