This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. Specifically the Lincolnton Branch. Enterprise has always been good to me but this experience was just degrading and insulting. All because the communication from the manager was based on a poor understanding of his own policy and duty.

If you have insurance already it transfers to the rental for as long as you have it,if not I don't know.
Do you mean you do not have liability ins required by NC? Enterprise sells supplemental policies. It's charged per day. You need to talk to the office. Some credit cards have benefits that included some ins. Coverage but keep in mind these are designed to pay in addition to other coverage. Might raise a red flag not having liability. They can run a dmv check. You probably need to cbose a car that's not a high dollar car. They should help you.

actually I'm not sure. each person that drives must be listed as driver for insurance. I'm not sure if the person paying the bill s has to be one of them
Not sure if they accept those or if it has to be linked to checking account.
My address on my utility bill is different because i just moved so i should probably go to the dmv and get that changed.
